Can the battery be removed?
Yes, the battery is removable and can be conveniently charged on or off the bike. It can also be securely locked with the key provided.
Can I purchase additional batteries for the e-bike?
Yes, additional batteries can be purchased from our official website (www.touroll.com) or any authorized dealer.
Does the e-bike come with a charger?
Yes, a charger is included with the B1 e-bike.
How do I charge the battery pack?
The battery pack can be charged on or off the bike by simply plugging in the charger and connecting it to a standard wall outlet. Charging typically takes 6-8 hours.
What parts of the bike will I need to put together?
Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled, approximately 85%, and packed in a standard bike box. Assembly involves attaching the front wheel, pedals, seat, handlebars, headlight, front mudguard, rear reflector and spoke reflectors, securing the luggage rack and rear mudguard.

What's the heaviest weight it's safe to ride this e-bike?
For optimal performance and system reliability, the recommended maximum rider weight is 120 kg.
