Addresses to which we ship: We ship across the European Union (EU) and currently cannot ship to any countries outside of the EU.
Shipping time: We usually process in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Delivery time equals order processing time plus shipping time.Pre-order shipping depends on the stated date plus regional delivery time. If your order is delayed beyond 14 business days, contact us at support@touroll.com.

Shipping Carriers: Touroll prioritizes DPD for prompt deliveries, occasionally using other trusted carriers as efficient substitutions.
Shipping cost: Enjoy free shipping on all bikes across the European Union and within the UK. Orders €50 and under will incur a flat shipping rate of €12 per order, while orders above €50 qualify for complimentary shipping. Please note that the €12 flat shipping rate is nonrefundable once the item is shipped out.
No Responsibility for Theft: Please note we are not responsible for stolen, items due to the actions or inactions of DPD or any other parcel service.
Damage to the outer packaging is not equal to item damage. Due to the uncertainty of delivery and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging. We advise the customer to claim with the carrier as soon as the customer finds any damage to the outer package. Our Customer Service support team will assist with item issues.
About Tax: Touroll ships items globally and is not liable for any form of custom fees or taxes applicable on the items purchased from us. There’s a possible chance that your country may charge import duties on the items ordered through Touroll. We strongly suggest you get acknowledged about your local Customs policy before ordering from us. If the buyer refuses the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the process.
