Shipping Policy

Addresses to which we ship: We ship across the European Union (EU) and currently cannot ship to any countries outside of the EU.

Shipping time: We usually process in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Pre-order shipping depends on the stated date plus regional delivery time. If your order is delayed beyond 14 business days, contact us at support@touroll.com.

Shipping Carriers: Touroll prioritizes DPD for prompt deliveries, occasionally using other trusted carriers as efficient substitutions.

Shipping cost: Enjoy free shipping on all bikes across the European Union. Orders €50 and under will incur a flat shipping rate of €12 per order, while orders above €50 qualify for complimentary shipping. Please note that the €12 flat shipping rate is nonrefundable once the item is shipped out.

No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage: Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of  DPD or any other parcel service. 

Damage to the outer packaging is not equal to item damage. Due to the uncertainty of delivery and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging. We advise the customer to claim with the carrier as soon as the customer finds any damage to the outer package. Our Customer Service support team will assist with item issues.

Restocking fee: For the returns of new and unused ebikes within 14 days of receipt, please note we’ll charge a €60 restocking fee per bike. For the return of used ebikes within 14 days, we charge a restocking fee that is 20% of the total order value. Deliveries that are refused will be charged a €60 per bike flat fee to partially cover our handling costs. Approved returns of defective items within 14 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. Our Customer Service team must be notified as early as possible for this.
