The bike is excellent. It is very nicely packaged and easy to assemble. All the tools are included, even gloves. Once we saw how well made it is and how much range it has, we bought another one. It has great ergonomics, and it is amazing that all of our family members can use it comfortably, me, my son, and my wife. The build quality is very high, and I also really like the design. We have already done several family trips with both bikes, where I rode a regular bike and my wife and son rode this one. We mostly ride on asphalt or hard-packed gravel, so the smooth tires suit us very well. The rear rack is also sturdy and strong; my wife carried two bike panniers without any problem and hardly even noticed them. The price is really very good for such a well-designed, high-quality bike and such a powerful battery.
