The U2 ebike has an IPX5 waterproof rating, meaning all electronic components are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. We recommend avoiding heavy rain or severe weather conditions to ensure longevity.
What is the recommended rider height?
The Touroll U2 is designed for riders between 165cm (5’ 5”) and 200cm (6’ 7”). The adjustable seat allows you to customize your riding position for maximum comfort.
What is the maximum rider weight?
The maximum recommended rider weight is 120kg for optimal performance.
How do I recharge the battery pack?
The battery pack can be charged on or off the bike by plugging the charger into a standard wall outlet. The charging time is approximately 6 hours.
Is the battery removable?
Yes, the battery is removable and can be charged both on and off the bike. For added safety, it can be securely locked on the bike using a key.
What kind of assembly is required?
The e-bike arrives 85% pre-assembled. You’ll need to attach the front wheel, pedals, seat, headlight, handlebar and taillight. This process is straightforward, and we provide an assembly guide in the user manual to assist you.
