The Touroll J1 Pro is designed for riders between 160cm (5’ 3”) and 195cm (6’ 5”). The adjustable seat, handlebar and stem angle allow you to customize your riding position for maximum comfort.

What is the maximum rider weight?

The maximum recommended rider weight is 120kg for optimal performance.

What brake does it use? Is it safe?

The J1 Pro features hydraulic disc brakes, ensuring powerful and stable braking performance.

Is the battery removable?

Yes, the battery is removable and can be charged both on and off the bike. It can be securely locked on the bike using a key for added safety.

Does the e-bike come with a charger?

Yes, the e-bike comes with a charger included in the package.

How do I recharge the battery pack?

The battery pack can be charged on or off the bike by plugging the charger into a standard wall outlet. The charging time is approximately 8 hours.

What kind of assembly is required?

The e-bike arrives 85% pre-assembled. You’ll need to attach the handlebar, front wheel, pedals, seat, headlight, front mudguard and battery. This process is straightforward, and we provide both a step-by-step video guide on YouTube and an assembly guide in the user manual to assist you.

Can I ride this bike on a rainy day?

The bike has an IPX4 waterproof rating, meaning all electronic components are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. We recommend avoiding heavy rain or severe weather conditions to ensure longevity.
