Is the battery removable?
Yes. The battery is removable and can be charged on or off the bike. You can lock it on your bike with the key for high security.
Can I purchase an extra battery?
Yes, you can buy an extra battery from our official website or our official distributors.
Does the e-bike come with a charger?
Yes.
How do I recharge the battery pack?
The battery pack can be charged on or off the bike by plugging in the charger unit. The charger unit connects to a standard wall outlet. The charging time is around 6-8 hours.
Does the e-bike come with a display?
The Touroll S1 comes with an LCD display that shows the real-time speed, battery level and assist level.
What braking system does it use?
The S1 uses an advanced braking system consisting of an e-brake and dual disc brakes for enhanced safety.
What kind of assembly is required?
Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled (about 85%) and packaged in a standard bike box. The parts that need to be mounted include the handlebar, front wheel, front mudguard, headlight, saddle, rear reflector and pedals. You can check the manual for a step-by-step guide.
What is the maximum rider weight?
The maximum recommended rider weight is around 120kg for optimal performance.
