The front brake locks up upon hard braking and the lever is not responsive. The wheel must be rolled for the brake pads to release.

The delivery time was indeed 7 days. The package arrived undamaged. The bike was packed safely. The brakes and derailleur need professional adjustment. The front light + fender mount is not properly stable. Reinforcement required. Otherwise a great bike! Does the job flawlessly. I recommend it to everyone with a good heart.
Delighted with my touroll j1 delivery was 6 days to ireland it came with a throttle that gives me am option of pedal or throttle .I recommend the touroll from quality build all round and value for money .

I purchased the J1 model a few months ago. I use it mainly on flat terrain as it's not particularly suited to climbing hills. The mechanical brakes aren't very effective, but they're sufficient for normal recreational use. Hydraulic brakes and a little more power wouldn't be a bad thing. Otherwise, no problems so far, and the battery life is as advertised by the manufacturer.

My bike was delivered in 7 working days which is nice. Bike is easy to assemble as most components are already assembled but you need an air pump as tires are almost empty. Bike is easy to ride but I'm having an issue with the bike handle/grip as my hands hurt after a few minutes holding it.

It's a bike with excellent value for money. It's very robust. The battery has a significant capacity and is very comfortable. It's very easy to assemble and comes perfectly packaged. The assist doesn't have a torque and takes half a second to activate when pedaling. The shifting is a bit tight on the high-speed gears; it could use one or two more. I don't like to ride too hunched over, so I installed a handlebar riser. Any one sold online will do, and it's perfect for me. I'm delighted with this purchase. I recommend it 100%.

My son loves this bike and we have gone on quite a few long rides now. We may not get the rated 100km on a charged battery as we are on the heavy side. I'm not saying my son's weight but I'm 250 lbs. Very happy with the 2 Touroll ebikes we bought the J1 for my son and I got the U1 for me.
I have only had this bike for a short time, but so far I am enjoying it. I am just over 6 foot tall and it fits me well. It was easy to adjust the seat for the perfect height. I do recommend purchasing an upgraded seat. I assembled it while viewing an instructional YouTube video and found the assembly easy and quick. I do recommend having a second person available to help in holding the bike during assembly.
I’m 5’ 8” and the length from seat to handlebars is good. I did use a handlebar extension just to get a little more height so I am more upright when riding (my preference and not an issue with the bike). It is heavier than I expected and I have to carry it down 5 steps to the sidewalk and have to be careful to keep my balance. The motor is powerful and I easily reach 25KM/H on the flat. I do recommend this bike.

Yes. The battery is removable and can be charged on or off the bike. You can lock it on your bike for high security.
Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled (about 85%) and packaged in a standard bike box. The parts that need to be mounted include the front wheel, front mudguard, headlight, saddle, pedals, and handlebars. You can check the manual for a step-by-step guide.
All of the electric components, including the battery pack, are designed to be water-resistant. However, we strongly recommend keeping it indoors on rainy days or in bad weather.
