Je suis totalement novice en matière de vélo électrique. Je pensais devoir dépenser plus de 1 200 € pour avoir quelque chose de correct, mais ce modèle m’a agréablement surpris. Le montage a été simple, je n’ai eu aucun souci pendant mon premier mois d’utilisation et j’apprends encore à maîtriser les vitesses et l’assistance électrique. Pour l’instant, je suis très content de mon achat.

Excellent vélo. Bonne qualité générale, le moteur a assez de puissance pour atteindre 25 km/h (je pèse 79 kg). C’est un bon équilibre entre puissance, efficacité, autonomie et simplicité. Au début, je cherchais un e-bike très puissant avec une grande autonomie, et j’étais presque sur le point d’en acheter un à 1200 €, mais heureusement j’ai écouté mes amis et j’ai pris celui-ci.
Great bike! Easy to assemble and ride!
Le vélo a été super facile à assembler, ça m’a pris environ 30 minutes. Je l’ai testé sur une balade de 15 km avec des montées et des descentes, et il a bien tenu le coup, la batterie est probablement descendue à environ 3/4 ou 2/3. L’écran numérique est clair et facile à lire. J’ai été assez surpris de voir que le vélo est bleu pailleté au soleil, et il est vraiment joli !
Très bon rapport qualité-prix... Montage et utilisation faciles. Les pièces semblent de bonne qualité. Je mesure 1,85 m, et le vélo me convient bien, contrairement à d’autres modèles dans cette gamme de prix qui sont vraiment trop petits. Je ne pense pas que ce soit le moteur le plus puissant du marché, mais la vitesse et l’accélération sont largement suffisantes pour une utilisation normale et occasionnelle.

Good value for price
I received this bike yesterday and assembled it today. Once the battery was fully charged I tested it immediately. I felt comfortable and surprised due to the power it got. I put almost 11km in this test and I really felt satisfied with the outcome.
The bike is truly amazing! Easy to assemble with step by step instruction in the manual book. It is very sturdy and durable. The gears are awesome as they are user friendly to adjust. Goes beyond my full expection and speed is very enjoyable! Definately recommend this bike for beginner/intermediate e-bike rider. Very affordable and with flexible payment options. Make sure to charge it before you test drive as the battery comes not fully charge.
J’étais inquiet à cause du prix bas, mais au final c’était une très bonne affaire ! Il m’a fallu environ 30 minutes pour le monter. Je l’ai testé devant chez moi, puis je l’ai mis sur le porte-vélo pour notre voyage à Yosemite. L’assistance au pédalage est excellente, avec plus de puissance que nécessaire. J’ai roulé à travers la vallée jusqu’aux lacs et retour (environ 30 km). Conduite fluide, selle confortable, bon poids pour un VAE. Je recommande vivement pour une super affaire.

Ich habe schon seit ein paar Monaten nach einem E-Bike gesucht und war ziemlich unsicher, als ich dieses hier gefunden habe. Aber bisher ist es wirklich eine positive Überraschung, und ich habe es schon an Freunde und Familie weiterempfohlen. Es ist sehr einfach zusammenzubauen und sehr bequem. Außerdem ist es sehr leicht zu bedienen und ich kann damit ganz normal wie mit einem klassischen Fahrrad fahren.
Na meer dan 100 km ben ik nog steeds erg tevreden. De fiets kwam goed verpakt aan en was perfect beschermd. De accu presteert zoals beloofd en de trapondersteuning werkt uitstekend. Ik gebruik hem vooral op vlakke routes met af en toe wat heuvels. Tot nu toe een geweldige e-bike. Zou hem zeker opnieuw kopen en aanraden aan anderen.
Na lang vergelijken voor deze e-bike gekozen en daar heb ik geen spijt van. Goede actieradius, comfortabel, rijdt fijn en ziet er mooi uit. Ook de accu is slim geplaatst. Iedereen die hem heeft geprobeerd was positief verrast. Voor deze prijs echt een topfiets. Aanrader!
L’assistenza alla pedalata funziona benissimo e interviene quasi subito. Le salite che prima erano faticose ora si affrontano senza problemi. Uso la bici anche per andare al lavoro e fa davvero la differenza. Molto soddisfatto finora.
I love this bike so much I bought it for myself and my nephew we both ride together! It’s so easy to assemble. The color is so cool and the ride is smooth the breaks are great. The seat is a bit hard but other than that love the bike!

Ich habe das E-Bike meinem Mann zum Jahrestag geschenkt, weil er schon länger eines haben wollte. Er ist total begeistert. Das Rad sieht gut aus, lässt sich einfach fahren und der Akku hält wirklich lange. Es wirkt stabil und der Scheinwerfer ist ein großes Plus. Er nutzt es auf der Straße, aber auch auf leichten Wegen abseits davon. Der Aufbau war einfach und dank des tiefen Einstiegs kommt man super leicht drauf. Bisher sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf.

Is charging difficult? Is the battery removable?
The Touroll J2 features a removable battery, you don't need to wheel the entire bike to a power outlet. Simply unlock the battery with the key and take itfor charging, which is super convenient and secure for urban commuters and daily users.
What if my J2 battery runs low on a ride—can I swap in a J2 ST/J2 ST Pro battery?
Yes, absolutely! Both models share the exact same 36V 15.6Ah removable battery, so they're fully interchangeable. Pop in a Pro battery and keep riding—no downtime, no worries.
Can I ride this in light rain or puddles, or will it get damaged?
The bike has an IPX4 waterproof rating, meaning all electronic components, including the battery pack, are water-resistant to light moisture but not completely waterproof. We strongly recommend not riding on rain or severe weather conditions. Remember to dry the bike after wet rides to keep the electronics in top shape.
How long does a full charge take?
Using the original charger, it takes about 8 hours to fully charge the battery from empty. For convenience, we suggest overnight charging or topping up during the day — perfect for busy e-bike owners maintaining their daily routine.

Does cold weather kill the range?
Yes. Lithium batteries lose efficiency in low temperatures, potentially reducing range by 20%-30%—normal for e-bikes. To minimize this, chargethe battery and install it on the bike until riding. Also, do quick rust-prevention wipes since winter often brings more moisture or road grime.
Heading out for a longer weekend ride—How can I keep from breakdowns?
Run the simple “BRAKE” checklist before longer trips:
- Battery: Is it fully charged and ready to go?
- Risk: Are tires inflated to 55-60 PSI with no visible cuts, punctures, or damage?
- Alignment: Do brakes feel sharp and responsive? Are gears shifting smoothly without skipping?
- Knots: Are all bolts, screws, and quick-release levers tight and secure?
- Essentials: Do you have your patch kit (like tools for tire repair ), phone, and maybe the charger for peace of mind?
What daily habits will make my battery last longer?
To extend your e-bike battery life:
- a. Charge the battery after each use and avoid full depletion;
- b. Apply the original charger;
- c. For long storage (weeks/months), keep it at 60-80% and check monthly;
- d. Don’t charge in freezing temps (below 0°C/32°F);
- e. Remove the charger promptly after full charging;
These tips help maintain peak performance for your removable lithium battery.
If I park the bike for a month or longer (vacation, etc.), will the battery die or get ruined?
Lithium batteries self-discharge slowly. For long-term storage without riding, follow our e-bike care guidelines: Charge to 60%-80% and check monthly to prevent total discharge damage.
What should I do to keep the bike best after riding in the rain?
After wet rides, wipe down the frame, chain, and brake discs with a dry cloth to prevent rust. Even with IPX4 water resistance on your electric bike, prompt cleaning will contribute to lifespan.
