The bike is amazing for its price! The assembly was simple and fast, the look and feel is sturdy and the all black design is great. Unfortunately the lock lever from the fork suspension didn‘t survive the delivery. It still works and a spare part is cheap, so it is not a big deal.

Bike is like described. I think you can't get better ebike with under 1000 € price. Everything important like battery capacity, engine, PAS-levels, and body seems to be good quality and also many things are possible to change to your liking. Compared to earlier models real screen and availability for settings (speed, pas-levels etc) to be changed easily is a big improvement. This is my second ebike that I bought mainly because battery of old one died. Why would you invest 400 to new battery when you can get new bike this cheap? Old one cost something like 800 and lasted 8 years with a lot of use (all 4 seasons). I would recommend hub motor over mid-drive if you want to use it with no to low effort and avoid expensive maintenance.
An amazing bike for this budget, everything works amazing, the shipment went very smoothly, and it's very fun, i can go around 60km with a full battery but at top speed and level 5 assist (max)

I was happy when I read the quality of the bike and the travel distance when I took the bike out on the roads, where I live there or more rough terrain roads than main roads. It was a shame that the second bike was not the right size for my wife. If I have any interest from cyclist that I may meet on the road I will pass on Touroll name onto people. Le vélo est bon, assez grand. Il va assez vite, vitesse maximale 25 km/h. Vélo robuste et massif, il roule de façon fluide avec une bonne accélération. Facile à utiliser et assez simple à monter avec les outils fournis. Je recommande vivement.

Je l’utilise pour me déplacer dans le quartier, et il est vraiment rapide. J’adore la taille des roues. La batterie tient toute la journée et il est très efficace dans les montées. Je recommande totalement ce produit.
Ce vélo électrique était très bien emballé. C’est un bon point ! Le montage a été assez facile et m’a pris environ une demi-heure. Tous les petits détails de conception et la qualité de fabrication m’ont vraiment fait hocher la tête d’approbation. J’ai déjà parcouru environ 12 miles sans avoir besoin de recharger après la première charge. Les pneus larges et la suspension intégrale rendent les trajets sur terrain accidenté beaucoup plus confortables. Il y a largement assez de puissance. J’adore ce vélo, c’est vraiment très amusant ! Ça redonne le plaisir du vélo à presque 70 ans, avec des genoux arthritiques.

Ik ben echt onder de indruk van deze U3 Pro elektrische mountainbike. Hij voelt zeer stevig, solide en snel aan. De montage was eenvoudig dankzij de duidelijke handleiding (alle benodigde gereedschappen zaten erbij) en duurde ongeveer 30–45 minuten. De bediening is makkelijk te gebruiken en het scherm is duidelijk met snelheid, trapondersteuningsmodus enz. De koplamp is erg fel (groter dan bij de meeste e-bikes). De grote wielen en het volledige veringsysteem maken het rijden over gras, heuvels en onverharde paden heel soepel. De kracht en snelheid zijn indrukwekkend, bijna als een brommer, met goede remmen en controle. Echt een geweldige mountain e-bike die ook off-road uitstekend presteert.

J’ai acheté ce vélo la semaine dernière et j’ai fait ma première sortie hier. J’ai été agréablement surpris par la facilité du changement de vitesses et par le confort de conduite avec le système de suspension intégrale. Le montage a été simple, en environ 1 heure le vélo était prêt à rouler. Je recommande vraiment ce vélo, surtout à ce prix-là. J’ai hâte de le ressortir pour une nouvelle sortie. La livraison a été très rapide.
C’est mon premier vélo électrique. J’ai longtemps cherché et comparé différents modèles. Ce qui m’a décidé, c’est son design et ses performances. J’ai fini par faire mon choix. C’est un vélo solide, avec une construction robuste, et facile à assembler grâce au manuel d’utilisation. J’ai fait ma première longue sortie avec. Tout s’est très bien passé. L’assistance au pédalage est impressionnante et j’ai quand même pu faire mon exercice. Je ne serais pas rentré sans lui. Excellent vélo, prix correct pour une première expérience.

Absolut ein großartiges E-Bike. Es war einfach zusammenzubauen und in etwa 30 Minuten fahrbereit. Ich habe es jetzt seit einem Monat und bin bereits über 90 Kilometer damit gefahren. Das Aufladen ist ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert. Tolles E-Mountainbike, ich würde es definitiv weiterempfehlen!!!
Der Hauptgrund, warum ich dieses Fahrrad gekauft habe, war, dass mein Sohn eine Möglichkeit brauchte, von seiner Schule nach Hause zu kommen. Es ist ein Fahrrad von guter Qualität, mit Vollfederung zur Stoßdämpfung, wird mit Ladegerät geliefert und die Batterie hält mehrere Tage.

It takes approximately 8 hours to fully charge the battery using the original charger. Charging overnight or during the day is recommended for convenience.

Yes. In low temperatures, lithium-ion battery performance may decrease, and range can drop by approximately 20%–30%. This is normal. We recommend fully charging the battery before riding and taking proper care to prevent rust and wear.
We recommend a quick “BRAKE” check, including battery level, risk (tire pressure and damage), alignment (brakes and gears), knots (all bolts and quick releases), and essentials (patch kit, charger, and your phone).
Here’s what we suggest:
Lithium-ion batteries naturally self-discharge over time. If you don’t use the bike for a long time, keep the battery at 60%–80% charge and check it monthly to prevent deep discharge.
Under ideal conditions, the Touroll U3 Pro electric bike offers a maximum range of up to 150 km in pedal-assist mode. The actual range depends on various factors, including rider weight, terrain, wind conditions, temperature, and assist level.
After a wet ride, it is recommended to wipe down the frame, chain, and brake rotors with a dry cloth to prevent rust. Even with an IPX4 rating, proper cleaning helps extend the bike’s lifespan.
