Overall E-Bike is good. If in case of any issue, they are cooperative, they try to help full in their capacity.
After riding my Touroll B1 for almost a month, I think I can finally give an honest review. Pros: Excellent value for money. I bought it during a promotion, which made the price even more attractive. Shortly after my purchase, the price increased, so I'm glad I bought it when I did. - The battery range has really impressed me. In pure electric mode (highest assist level), I can achieve over 50 km on a single charge. In pedal-assist mode (highest assist level), I can easily reach 90+ km, which is outstanding for a bike in this price range. - The bike feels stable and comfortable during normal riding, and overall the riding experience has been enjoyable. Cons: - The overall build quality is average rather than premium. - My front wheel has a slight alignment issue. When riding, you can see that it does not rotate in a perfectly straight line. Fortunately, I haven't noticed any negative impact on the actual riding experience. - The rear brake causes the bike to jerk slightly back and forth when braking. I hope this can be improved in future production batches. Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Battery removal could be more convenient. At the moment, the saddle has to be removed before the battery can be taken out. It would be much more user-friendly if the seat could simply flip up with a quick-release mechanism, allowing the battery to be removed directly. 2. Please add a riding mode memory function. Every time the bike is powered on, the assist level resets and has to be adjusted again. I usually ride in Level 4 or Level 5, so it would be great if the bike could remember the last selected assist level and restore it automatically after restarting. Overall, despite a few areas that could be improved, I think the Touroll B1 offers excellent value for money. The battery performance exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable electric bike with long range

È una solida e-bike da città pratica e funzionale, con una seduta comoda e adatta alle varie esigenze cittadine: muoversi nel traffico, raggiungere la sede di lavoro, fare la spesa. Punti forti: Batteria 561,6 Wh (15,6 Ah): molto buona per la fascia di prezzo. Motore 250 W / 45 Nm: sufficiente per città e salite moderate. Telaio step-through: salire e scendere è molto facile. Ruote 27,5" × 2,1" e forcella ammortizzata da 80 mm: confortevole su asfalto dissestato e sterrato leggero. Cambio Shimano 7 rapporti. Luci alimentate dalla batteria e dotazione completa di portabagagli posteriore. La versione 2026 che ho acquistato, raggiunge secondo normativa europea i 25 km/h e ha autonomia dichiarata fino a 100 km, nella realtà 60 km variabili fino a 80 km in base a peso, vento, salite e livello di assistenza. Ha una frenata efficace ma con una certa forza da esercitare sulle leve. Il motore utilizza un sistema che spinge con un piccolo ritardo nell'erogazione dell'assistenza, ritardo che chi preferisce può eliminare seguendo le istruzioni fornite. La bici arriva a casa ben imballata e montata all'ottanta per cento; comunque completare il montaggio è semplice, vengono fornite le istruzioni e tutti gli attrezzi occorrenti compreso degli utilissimi guanti. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono.

I'm still breaking in this Touroll U1 electric mountain bike; I've only ridden about 60 km on asphalt and short dirt sections. The first battery charge was sufficient, and the range is still good. My first impression is positive. PROS: - Pedal assistance is quite smooth at all three levels; - Very intuitive overall operation; - Ergonomic and comfortable saddle; - Easy-to-use handlebar controls; - Clearly visible lights; - Smooth and responsive gear shifting. CONS: - The disc brakes are functional but not always consistent; perhaps they will improve with time. Overall, the value for money is definitely good!

Ich habe mir vor Kurzem mein zweites E-Bike gekauft. Ich werde oft auf meine Fahrräder angesprochen und empfehle sie jedes Mal gerne weiter. Ich liebe E-Bikes und möchte inzwischen gar kein anderes Fahrrad mehr fahren! Damit komme ich an Orte, die ich mit einem normalen Fahrrad NIE erreichen würde. Einfach großartig.
It’s very attractive and extremely efficient. I like to use it mainly as a boost when my legs are tired or there are particularly steep hills! I’ve found it excellent for nipping about when we’re in the caravan. We did 45 km on a hilly route one day and still had plenty of battery charge left. It charges up quickly. The bike is very heavy compared to a standard road bike but you’d never know it when you’re riding it. If you have to push it anywhere you can use the boost button to help. Perfect!

Love it ! Great to ride and easy to operate. The folding bike which is a little heavy to lift into and out of a Discovery. However no issues once on the road .
Loving my ebike. Had my bike for 3 weeks and I love it. Use it most days for leisure rides. Easy to fold and set up.
Bought for wife’s 70th birthday. A reluctant rider before and now on it at every opportunity. Given her a new life being able to join the family activity as walking was becoming less of a pleasure. Folds neatly and easily into car boot and goes like a train up hill and along the lanes. Pannier rack is very useful. All in all….. ticks every box. She rides again.

2nd Touroll bike purchased. Good quality product and great service
Nifty, comfortable to ride, easy to manage, love it! Having had some trouble with my leg, I decided to buy an Ebike and a friend recommended the Touroll. I have not been disappointed! I have a collapsible version, which fits neatly inside my front door, and reassembles instantaneously. I am looking forward to taking it on holiday soon in the boot of my small car. It is very nifty but easy to control and, if you're a beginner as I was, takes minutes to learn how to use the different power levels. The saddle and handle bars are really comfortable. Only one slight niggle is that the display screen is difficult to see in bright sun.

My wife loves her new bike! I surprised my wife with this J2 ST and she couldn't be happier. Very easy to ride, allow her to get as much exercise as she wants while still covering longer distances without stress. We bought the sand one. Beautiful!
Assembly was so easy and most of the bike was already put together when it arrived. The pedal-assist systejm works smoothly, and the different assist levels let me choose how much effort I want to put into the ride. For commuting around town, it provides a comfortable balance between exercise and convenience.
Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem J2 ST E-Bike. Die 26-Zoll-Größe passt perfekt und das Fahrrad fühlt sich unglaublich stabil und hochwertig verarbeitet an. Die Fahrt ist sehr angenehm, und mit der Tretunterstützung sind selbst Steigungen überhaupt kein Problem. Ich nutze es für den täglichen Arbeitsweg und entspannte Fahrten am Wochenende, und die Akkulaufzeit hat mich wirklich überzeugt. Auch der Zusammenbau war nicht besonders kompliziert. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, der ein zuverlässiges und hochwertiges E-Bike sucht!
Have enjoyed my commute to work for the first time in years. The upright riding posture design means no neck pain. I am happy to be back in the saddle again!!
The bike is amazing for its price! The assembly was simple and fast, the look and feel is sturdy and the all black design is great. Unfortunately the lock lever from the fork suspension didn‘t survive the delivery. It still works and a spare part is cheap, so it is not a big deal.

Ich habe meines gestern bekommen und bin heute Morgen zum ersten Mal gefahren. Das U2 Pro hat meine Erwartungen bisher übertroffen – besonders die Leistung am Berg, da ist noch ordentlich Power übrig. Sehr empfehlenswert.
